Allocate multiple payroll payments to single payroll transaction

Hi there,

I've got a client who's multiple payroll payments don't match to its single payroll transaction.

They've processed payroll for certain amount and consequently shortpaid the staff by mistake and later on the same day paid the rest. How can I match these two bank transactions to the single payroll run. I don't won't to reverse the clients payroll as I normally don't do their payroll run.

Looking at the posts this has been an issue that many users have experienced over many years, surely by now MYOB would have come up with a better solution than having to delete and re process a pay run.  MYOB Essentials shoud make the daily processes easier without causing additional work however once again this is not the case.  With STP we don't want to have to delete and resubmit pays.

This is a basic requirement that MYOB should address and resolve.

I am also having the same issue where I need to match 2 separate payments to the one payroll transaction. Hopefully MYOB is bringing this ability to match multiple transactions in the bank feeds soon!
