Hi there,
Please find the attached.
We have a pay date on 16/04/2020 and I was trying to follow MYOB instructions about how to report jobkeeper start date in STP. I have chosen FN02 as my start date because my pay cylcle is monthly and my pay date fall into the second jobkeeper fortnight. I am concerned that ATO will only pay me for the 2nd fortnight. However employees are eligible from 30 March 2020.
Should I amend my previous pay run? If so, how can I amend?
Thanks.
Ann

Hi, I believe you should ammend this to the 1st job keeper fortnight. I have also made a similar mistake and have tried to ammend it with no luck it just reverts to what i originally had every time i click "notify the ato" would love to hear how to fix this ?

Hi @Ann1
As @DCConstructions mentioned, if you need to correct the start fortnight date, you can do so by following the steps given below:
Please note that you might see the same start fortnight even after you have changed it due to a display issue in the system, although correct dates would have been notified to the ATO. You can verify this by going to the Reports tab in Payroll Reporting Centre, and checking if the YTD report has the correct FNxx.
Please let us know how you go on.
Kind regards,
Komal
