Aw Snap attempt 2

Hayden, we are still awaiting answers.

 

What is the problem as it is still happening this morning and it is only when entering bills or invoices?

 

We cannot run a business like this.  We are paying MYOB good money for a product that is fraught with bugs!

Yesterday it didnt falter, but was running slower than normal.

Today it is doing it with regularity.

I am having to redo 2 large invoices now.

This is rapidly becoming a major pain, I dont have time to do stuff twice !!!!! 

 

As i have mentioned previously, it is something to do with memory usage spiking as I have observed it on task manager reach a peak and crash

 

Starting to give me the shts

I am getting this continually too, on entering invoices. Wasting my time

We have not been able to replicate this issue and cannot directly find any errors that are causing this on other computers, so what I'd like to do is organise a time to give a call and look into a TeamViewer session with others if possible and try a few theories to see if I can work out why the behaviour is different between our connections/computers.

I have just got off the phone to a very helpful user who allowed me to log into their system and look into this and I can now replicate this on my system. I am now capturing these details and will be passing this to the team to investigate a fix for this.

 

Once I hear more on this, I'll post an update.

I'm having the exact same "aw snap" issue when entering invoices.  5 times now, I've had to retype invoices which contain quite a lot of data which is a right pain in the butt.  This has happened the last few days.

 

Using Windows 10 & Google Chrome.

Which also brings me to the point, why can't invoices autosave as you're generating them?  Sometimes it can take me a while to create an invoice and it would be so helpful if it would just auto save, like when tying this exact post - it autosaves!!!!
