When entering a multiple line Invoice or Bill into Essentials using Google Chrome, after a period of time the Browser Tab will crash and present: "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage"
After entering the multiple lines, the memory usage for the tab will increase to beyond the limit for Chrome and eventually crash.
The current workaround we have until this is resolved is to use an alternative browser such as Firefox or Opera.
Our Development Teams are currently investigating the underlying cause and working to a full resolution for all users.

Thank you for patience while our team do investigate this error.
We have identified the cause of that message and implemented some changes with MYOB Essentials. Clients shouldn't encounter that Aw Snap message going forward.
Note: If you are still encountering that message, do ensure that you clear your Internet Browser's cache prior to testing again.
