BANK FEEDS !!!!!!!!!!

"Again" we find ourselves lacking up to date bank feeds.......what is happening and when will it be fixed??

F.  Missing bank feeds for past few days . Last on the 7th.  Whats happening????

I haven't received any bank feeds since last week either. Is it a system wide thing? When will it be resolved?

We are currently investigating the latest bank feed transactions not being available for MYOB Essentials clients. More information and updates, when they come to hand, can be found on Bank feeds for MYOB Essentials - 11-12/06/2019

I am using AccountRight Live 2019.2 and my Bank Feeds dont update every day either.  It would appear the issue is not just with Essentials.  Very frustrating.  It says the last update was Monday 10th June but no transactions download.  This happens quite regularly for us

To my understanding, the issue we did experience on 10-11/06/2019 related to MYOB Essentials clients unable to obtain their bank feeds. This has been resolved.


If you are encountering an error or unable to obtain the latest bank feeds for AccountRight, we would need to get the last four digits of the serial number, the last four digits of the bank account you are attempting to receive and the exact wording of the message you are getting. With this information, we would be able to look further information your feeds.

Is anyone else still unable to access there bank feeds from the outage of 7th June? Mine still wont load and its driving me spare.

Same here - closing balance is still dated 14/6/19. Been trying all day. It's not a connection problem this time, but it's saying "no new transactions" when I know there have been (owner checked online banking). 

Which bank? Comm Bank!
