I've waited 6 Days for my bank feeds to update last update was the 04/02/19 I've also contacted the bank they have informed me that they are linked with MYOB.
Could you please assist.

Based on the information I can see the last date we received transactions from the bank was 01/02/2019 for your two bank feeds (a bank account and a credit card). If you have had transactions dated after that date that should have come through from your bank I would check your Internet Banking to ensure that they are showing in there.
If those transactions are listed, can you send me a private message on the Forum with a screenshot of those transactions at your bank's end so we can pass that information across to our team for further analysis.

I understand that the relevant team have gotten back to you in regards to your lodged bank feed enquiry. Based on the investigation the connection appears to have dropped and thus we do recommend reapplying for those feeds to re-establish that connection.

From what I can see the latest transactions for your BNZ account should be available in your MYOB Essentials Business. Do let us know if you are not able to see those transactions so we can investigate further.
