My client has two bank feeds set up which have previously been working fine. I have found today that the feed for the Westpac account has stopped coming through - with the last transaction being 7th Feb, 2019. The status of this feed is still "Bank Feed Ready" but there are many transactions on the bank statement since this date that are not appearing in myob. The bank feed from their other account is still being received fine to current date.

One thing to check is if they have applied for bank feeds on this account in another MYOB Essentials file, this can cause the link between the existing company file and bank account to be broken and prevent bank feeds coming to that company file
Thanks for your response. There has been no attempt made to have this bank account attached to another myob Essentials file.
In that case I would be inclined to email our bank feeds team on email@example.com with copies of the statements, as well as the business serial number, showing the missing transactions and asking them to investigate with the bank as to why those feeds have not come through
Thanks for your assistance. I have discovered that a new card was issued to the account with a different card number so I guess this is what stopped the connection to the bank feed. I have now done a new application.
