I’ve checked with our team who have looked into the back end on your account. From what they have advised me everything looks correct and it appears that no transactions have come through from the bank since April 3 on those accounts.
If there are transactions since this date in the account, you will need to send our bank feeds team an email on firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email you will need to confirm your serial number, the bank account numbers and a bank statement showing the missing transactions so that our team can investigate this with the bank
