Hi, my bank feeds stopped working on 1/11/17 and nothing has loaded since with many transactions per day occurring. Can someone please look into this and advise? tia

Mine stopped working on 4th Nov 2017 as well. Something might be wrong with the server.

Sorry to hear the feeds stopped on 1/11/17. I've checked with our bank feeds team, who was able to identify the cause and update the data.
Feeds from 2/11/17 will start coming through to you tomorrow. Please do double check it tomorrow, and let us know if everything is back to normal for you.
my bank feed is still not up to date with my account. can you asvise when this will be reconciled
mine work but they usually dont update till late afternoon for the day before so I have resigned myself to working a day behind on bank transaction recons. Its only really an issue at mth end as I only work mornings.
In the last 2 weeks our bank feeds have also been unreliable - sometimes coming through late in the afternoon or not at all - please fix asap...
We did have a delay in providing bank feeds data to a small number of clients yesterday 15/11/2017, as the information had not been received from the bank. My understanding is that feed information was made available later in the day.
On a similar note, MYOB do indicate that bank feed transactions will be available the next business day (depending on the frequency of the feed). In some cases, this can be mid-morning while other times due to slight delays in the data being received and processing it can be later in the day.
