Bank Feeds not updating, Emails not working

Hi Guys,

 

Since friday, my bank feeds havent been updating.

 

I tried to send an invoice via email an hour ago and that hasnt come through either. Is my account ok?

 

I also get non responsive pages randomly too. I have to refresh, otherwise the spinny thing just sits there spinning while its trying to go to the next page. The system is very slow sometimes.

 

Can someone please help asap?

Hi @Luke_Rigg 

 

I’m not aware of any current delays with any of the major banks around bank feeds at the moment. That said some banks and financial institutions stay a day behind when it comes to sending the bank feed information through, which often means that the feeds themselves update on a Tuesday not a Monday.

 

If there were issues with your most recent subscription payment you would have received email notification of this by way of a “Something went wrong with your payment” email which would detail what had gone wrong and how to correct it.

 

If you were noticing reduced performance on your end, you may want to ensure that your using a cable connection to the modem and not a wireless one, as these are generally quicker. Additionally you may also want to ensure that as few other programs as possible are downloading / using the internet connection at the same time as this can limit the amount of bandwidth the modem can allocate to each device / process.

Hi @Luke_Rigg 

 

If there was particularly heavy demand on the email systems then this could cause emails going through that system to be delayed while the system worked its way through them.
