Bank Feeds ready - not feeding in

I have set up bank feeds through online banking for 2 accounts and there is no feed coming through. i have emailed bankfeeds@myob.com twice and have tried to call multiple times and get passed from person to person. 

 

Can someone please help me with this.

Yes, I am having the same problem - can anyone please help with some advice on how to see your bank transactions in bank feeds??

I ended up staying on hold with MYOB until I got a ticket number. They say the feed is coming through but its not coming in for some reason.

I am having the same problem. Started talking with online support chat however they said the same thing that they can see the transactions however I cant. I even followed all videos in the support / learning section still no change. Not sure if your issue is sorted?

Okay, every time I ring MYOB I can never get through to anyone - my transactions still aren't showing. This is annoying!

Hi everyone, 

 

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Last 4 digits of the bank feed bank account

Nup, tried on different browser and it just wont work.

i have sent mutlitple emails and had mulitple phone calls about this already maybe you can look at those,
