Bank Reconciliation Issue - page continually loading....

Hi

 

I am having an issue with bank reconciliation. Every time I choose an account to reconcile on bank reconciliation page it just sits continually loading and won't continue further. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue? And how was it fixed?

 

I am using MYOB Essentials

Hi @RebekahAlsop @Kristina1 @forktraining 

 

Are you using Google Chrome webbrowser to use Essentials? Usually this is the most effective and least glitchy of the browsers.  Also try refreshing the page.  Are any error messages popping up or is it just taking a while to load? 

 

Just wanted to clarify so we can hopefully get this sorted for you guys.  Let me know how it goes!

I am using Google Chrome. I haven't changed anything but it is working today. After several weeks of not working, it has now suddenly decided to work again!!

We are also having the same issue. We are using chrome and have refreshed. It won't allow a new date entry. Very frustrating!!!

We are currently not experiences any outages of our Essentials services.  Are you still experiencing difficulties? If so can you please provide specific details on the task you are trying to complete.
