Bank Reconciliation out

I reconciled the Bank at 30/09/20 3 months ago.  When I go to reconcile @ 31/12/20 it says it is out by $49007.94.  

So unreconciled 30/9/20, still get the same out of balance.  Bank only started in July 20, all transactions on bank statement and MYOB match.  Check Debits and Credits from start and all balance.  Assume something has been deleted but cannot work out where this is missing.

Any ideas?

I foudn this issue - several transactions duplicated but with different amounts and different months, after painstakenly going through each transaction
