Bank feed has stopped working

The bank feed from one of my accounts has stopped working.  It's an ANZ account that had been working fine but I haven't received the feed for a few weeks now.  Any advice for fixing this?  Thanks

Hi @Ncol,

 

I've just checked with our Bank Feeds team, who can see the only ANZ account active on your account is a credit card ending with 9047, could you please confirm this is the card you are enquiring for?

 

If so, this account appears to be a consumer card that ANZ only sends feeds once per month. The last feeds that was delivered was on 8 October, therefore the next feeds shall be delivered around 8 November.

Yes that's the right account.  I've only had the feed active for a little while so I didn't realise it was only once a month, I hoped it would be continual like my other account.  It's a shame ANZ do it that way, it's not very convenient.

No worries @Ncol,

 

Usually for corporate accounts you would receive feeds daily, however I'm afraid in the end the feeds frequency will depend on the account type and the bank you are with.
