Bank feed not match payslip

I have accidentally paid $0.10 extra to an Employee in July 19. I am using bankfeed and Single Touch payroll.

I am not sure what I should do, delete the payslips and reprocess with $0.10 extra?

At this moment, I cannot match my bank feed withdrawal amount and my transaction, it was out by $0.10

Can you help me on this?

Re: Bank feed not match payslip

Hi @teren

Generally speaking, you would be looking at deleting that MYOB Essentials pay and then reprocessing with the additional amount. This will create the necessary transaction in MYOB Essentials that would reflect what has happened in real-life i.e. you paid an extra 10 cents. As your payroll transaction matches what has been paid in real- life, you can match it to the necessary banking transaction.

Note: if you file using STP/Payroll reporting then that is fine, MYOB Essentials will report the Year to Date information in your next pay.

Kind regards,
Steven
