Bank feed says its connected but its not

ecently my credit card got hacked, so i had to cancel it.

Now ive got my new card.

I went through the steps for setting up bank feeds with the card.

It's not showing up as a linked account, but when i go to the bank portal (via the link that MYOB provides), it says that its connected.

It's definately not connected!!

 

Can someone please help, as i need the new card to be connected so i can allocate the transactions ASAP!!

Thank you for your post, I'm happy to take a look into this for you. Can you please send me a private message with the following information:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Last 4 digit of bank feed bank account you're having issues with
