Bank feed stopped working - Commbank

Bank feed stopped working - Commbank

One of my bank feeds stopped working since 1st August 2019. I have 3 feeds set up with Commbank, the other two are fine. How so I resolve this issue?

Hi @TIF 

 

Looking at your account, I can see that three accounts have set up:

  • Account ending in 128 looks to be receiving transactions
  • Account ending in 152 looks to be receiving transactions (last transaction coming in 1st August - but looks like a less used account).
  • Account ending in 144 looks like the account you are referring to. From what I can see the last transaction we did receive from the bank for that account set up is 31/07/2019. I would recommend checking with your Internet Banking to ensure that you do have transactions listed for that account.

Hi @Steven_M 

 

There are several transactions from the 1st August 2019 in account ending 144. I have logged into Internet banking and the bank feeds are active for all 3 accounts.

 

I have emailed the bank feeds team a record of all the transactions coming through since 1 August 2019 in that account so I'm  hoping it will be resolved shortly.

Hi @TIF 

 

Great to hear that you have been able to lodge that ticket with the team so they can look into with the Bank to ensure those transactions are made available. That would be the next step we would be going through via this channel if those transactions were listed on the internet banking.
