Bank feeds

Is there a problem with the bank feeds? we have not received bank feeds from stgeorge bank, commonwealth bank or Westpac

Looking at your bank feeds at the time of writing this post, I can see that those bank feeds should have been made available in your MYOB Essentials Business.

Hi @jacksmoving 

 

From what I can see those transactions into our system, thus should be made available to your MYOB Essentials Business. I would make sure that you are looking at the MYOB Essentials business with the serial number that ends in 9027. You can check your MYOB Essentials Businesses serial number through the bottom of our Business Name menu (top right).

If you are looking at the correct MYOB Essentials Business, do ensure that you the appropriate filters set in the Bank Transactions window i.e. appropriate date range, all accounts, all transactions...

Good Morning

 

We are still without our bank feeds for all of our accounts, I would appreciate an uregnt response to this matter and advise me what the issue is and when I can expect to receive the bank feeds.

 

It took all day yesterday just to advise me I should have them, to which I responded we don't ! How about someone call me or look at this this morning so we can get on with running our business and not having to watse time on chasing up a service which we have no control over other than to contact you guys

It sounds like you have been affected by something that we are actively investigating with MYOB Essentials and Bank feeds. This is the fact that the latest bank transactions are not being made available to clients. This is something that our teams are actively investigating. 


More information and updates, when they come to hand will be available from Bank feeds for MYOB Essentials - 11-12/06/2019
