When I go to pay my employees super through the portal direct from MYOB Essentials I get a "Pay superannuation electronically when you subscribe" web page instead of the normal log in, claiming I don't have to correct Account Right subscription when I actually have Essentials.
I checked my Essentials Subscription Status and it says it is Active, so I'm not sure why the Super Portal isn't working for me.

From looking at your account it seems your account status is in Arrears as there was a missed payment on the latest invoice and this had not updated in your Essentials Software just yet.
This Arrears would be causing the issue you're facing on the Super Portal.
You can look at the Unpaid Invoice in my.MYOB by going to:
1. Log into my.myob.
2. Go to: My Account > Invoices
3. You can see an Unpaid Invoices tab, click on this to reveal the unpaid Invoice.
4. Click "Pay" in order to pay the Invoice:
Once paid, I suggest waiting up to 10 minutes before checking on the Super Portal as this can take some time for all systems to update.

When an automatic payment for a subscription has been failed the subscription contact would receive an email to indicate that payment has failed and in most cases attempt to make payment again. This email also does contain the steps to flow to update your payment profile so that payment can be made successfully if needed.
If I have multiple companies that I deal with (As I am a bookkeeper) how do I select from My.Myob the essentials files? They dont seem to appear?
I can only see the ones I have for Account Right.

Just thought I would add in your my.MYOB account in the top right is an account selector. If your my.MYOB account is linked to multiple accounts you will be able to select the dropdown to select the appropriate account.
