Can't save or export to pdf after latest update

Hi I've been using Myob essentials for a while now but after the latest update i can no longer work out how to print or download my invoice by pdf.

I go into view pdf and click export but nothing happens. Does anyone know why this would be happening. Has only happened today after the update. I've tried clearing my cache but it still isn't working

Hi @shieldcarpentry

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! When your viewing your invoice, you will need to view it as a PDF, this should take you to a new browser window and give you the option to download the invoice as a PDF on the top right hand corner of the window. I've attached a screenshot below;

If this isn't appearing for you, can you please try via a different browser and let me know how it goes.

Thanks Melisa. In a Chrome it works but I still can't get it to work in my normal browser firefox.

But that will be fine now i can still download it through other means.
