Hi, I am an employer, having issues with Yourpay. I was originally using a trial version of MYOB essentials and had invited 2 employees to use it and test it out it's functionality. All worked fine with viewing timesheets etc. When we then subscribed to the full version of essentials, our desktop files were migrated across so we could get up and running for real. But, since the migration, I now cannot see any data from the timesheets those 2 employees have submitted. They have sent me screenshots of what they have submitted but nothing shows up on my end when i view the timesheets. They also cannot view their payslips. I have reinvited them to the Yourpay. We have tried resetting passwords and re-entering their email addresses into the employee card and resending the invite to Yourpay again. Nothing works. All employees that have been invited since the migration is working fine.
