Can’t upload supplier invoices.

When I try to upload a supplier invoice, I get this message...

"Sorry, we can’t access your documents right now. Please try again in a few minutes. You can still manually enter bills but you won't be able to attach documents.
If it's still not working, get in touch with our support team." 

 

I tried a few times now and still get the same message.

I am also having the same issue with the In tray not loading

Thank you very much for reporting this. It does appear to be a problem affecting this service right now.

 

Our developers are currently looking into this matter as we speak, hopefully bring it back to normal soon. Apologies for the inconvenience caused, I'm happy to update you when I know more.

I can upload new documents but the 30 or so documents I already had in the intray have disappeard since upgrading to 2019.4

I just want to loop you in that the teams have made some changes to the service earlier, In Tray is available now but some users may still experience error or slow performance. A permanent fix is being worked on still. 

 

We'll update this announcement post here once it's resolved: Unable to upload to InTray 09/12/2019

 

@MargSI we received reports from some clients that existing In Tray documents are not showing, this is not related to the incident today. This is something that our teams have been investigating, a fix is currently in the testing stage, we expect it to be deployed in the next day or two if everything goes well.

I've got the same issue.  I believe I am missing documents that were uploaded prior to 2019.4 upgrade. Not sure if these files will come back online after MYOB fix.

Still having issues with our inbox. I'm not getting an error message saying couldn't upload, and can upload by dropping the file in, however, I can't email them in! I'm confused as the notices indicate the upload issue is resolved? But I am still experiencing an issue - anyone else ???

Hi @PaminNZ 

 

The incident occurred on Monday preventing users from uploading documents to In Tray, as well as throwing errors to some users when accessing In Tray documents. Emailing in In Tray documents were not affected. 

 

Are you still having trouble adding In Tray documents via emailing? If so, I've sent you a forum private message requesting additional account information, could you please provide the required details so we can look into it further for you? 

 

You can find the message by clicking on your avatar from the top right corner, then click on the mail icon.
