Cancel Subscription Issues

Hi

 

Just wanted to record on here that I attempted to cancel my subscription on the 28/04/19 @ 10:07am but the system was down and the service agent couldnt process it but he took my serial number and my email address. I did not hear back for two weeks until I got an SMS indicating my account was in arrears. I rang the call centre again today and was advised to just ignore the messages until it came back saying it was cancelled. Seems a bit odd plus these things can often have a impact on credit ratings?
