I would like to cancel my 30 days free trial with MYOB. Here are the information you require:

 

As this a free 30 days trial, I should not be billed. Could you please confirm that payment is cleared at your end.

Dreadful that MYOB make it so difficult to cancel, we have not been using our Essentials Subscription since July 2019. I have rung a couple of times to cancel and have only now been told that I am not the primary person named on the account so I can not cancel it !  There is no email contact so I can confirm cancellation by email, they will only do by speaking to the primary contact who is permanently overseas.  We have been paying $60 for Essentials not used since July and now $107 a month for AccountRight - It's nothing short of robbery !  AND you have to hold for half an hour to just get someone on the phone !

Cancellation of an MYOB Essentials subscription can be done by speaking to our phone-based team on 1300 555 151 at least 10 days before the end of the current billing period. This is as per the MYOB Essentials Terms of Use.
