Cancel multiple subscriptions

I have tried numerous times for the past 5 months to cancel 2 subscriptions with NO success. The biggest problem is MYOB is still taking money every month from an outdated credit card! How is it possible?

I need someone from MYOB to get on top of this, resolve this urgent issue and refund us the equivalent of 4 months subscriptions (x2).

I just wanted to follow up with this.  I can see in the account that the cancellation has been actioned and the email has been sent to you.
