I am wanting to canel my essentials package so i can get the account right. I have called the 1300 555 151 numerous time to be told the department is closed. Can you please advise. Thanks

Looking at your account, I can see that you have been able to get through to our team, and they have assisted you with cancelling your MYOB Essentials product at the end of the current month. I do recommend taking the time to download any reports and invoices you want to retain from your MYOB Essentials file as there is a limited period for data extraction from your MYOB Essentials period before it will no longer be available
Thanks Neil. Yes we have the subscription cancelled. Now having trouble emailing back the form for the money back. This email thats on the form email@example.com keeps bouncing back. Ive called many time & keep getting someone in South Africa that can't or wont give me another email address.
