Cancelling my subscription due to Carona Virus killing my businessa

Hi, my small business is retail in the tourism industry. Four weeks ago my business ceased overnight. I have now started to go through all my subscriptions to cancel them. Some have offered 90 days free usage of their service. I can not find anything on MYOBs web page offering similar offers to their clients. I have tried to call the cancellation line however after 30mins left the que.  Has anyone had any luck with MYOB?
