Cannot log in

I have been attempting to send/forward invoices to the inTray, they were disappearing.

 

so I sent an invite to a different email address to create a user that might be able to send the invoices.

 

after I click on the accept invite list, my main account was changed to standard user, and the second account didn't appear.

 

Now it appears I cannot log in at all

 

this is quite urgent, I have a meeting with my accountant tomorrow and not having access will make that very difficult.

as an update, I could log in when I requested a password reset, but I am still stuck as a standard user rather than administrator.

Hi @bizzi


So we can investigate your MYOB Essentials access showing as a Standard User can you send me a private message on the Forum with your MYOB Essentials Business ID. This can be found via accessing your MYOB Essentials and would be the number in the URL address. For example, my MYOB Essentials Business ID is 159561

could we get this sorted out please, I need to invite my accountant but can't do it until I'm administrator again.
