Changing email address for billing

Our former accountant has left the company however the MYOB security checks and tax invoices are still going to her email address. How can we change this so it comes to our accounts email address? Her former email address is listed as "owner" under the online administrator access section. Thanks

  • Serial number 
  • Business name 
  • Email address

I need to do the same and I have already called MYOB to change but it doesn't seem to have worked as the email has gone to the wrong email again
