Solved: Go to Solution

Client is unable to open online invoice

Our client is having issue to open online invoice. I have attached the error message.

 

I sent a copy of invoice to myseft and also having the same issue.

 

I opened in Google Chrome, I does not work.

 

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hello

 

Try removing anything from the 'invoice number' field of the invoice in Essentials which isn't a number, ie letters or symbols. 

 

See if this fixes the issue

I removed all letters/symbols, it works...yahhh
