Create new file in Essentials - Add payment method

I am trying to set up a new client file for MYOB Essentaials (Connected Leger & Payroll)

 

In order for our practice to pay for the subsription, it says : You'll need an administrator to add a payment method first.  {We do not want the client to pay directly}

 

How / where do i add the payment method?

My apologies for the delay in replying. So that I can assist with this can you please send the following information by private message:

 

  • practice account name
  • primary contact name
  • primary email address
  • serial number
