Hi, Im new to Essentials and cant find out how I review a statement I just emailed (cant see what I just sent), also you can't just bring up statements for the last month can you? i.e you cant choose a period to send customer, say if they ask for a statement for previous month? because when I go to email statement it comes up for all the sales, cant choose a time frame? Am I missing something?

First of all, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you on the community forum and I hope you find this helpful.
To review a Statement in MYOB Essentials currently, you can "Switch to the new customer statements" (top right-hand corner) which is the Beta version, you can select your customers and click to print and it saves it as a PDF document which you can view. Once you have viewed it you can close the PDF if you do not literally want to print and go back to your file and Email it to your customers.
In Essentials, you are only able to print/email Invoice Statements rather than Activity Statements and therefore, you are not able to print/email statements for previous month as it will only show all the invoices that are being owed to date. If you feel this is a very important feature that you would like incorporated in Essentials in future, I would recommend you to submit as an idea. This would also allow other users wanting this function to vote for this idea. Our product developers look at the ranking of these ideas to implement it in the software.
