As requested, I have sent out that Direct Debit request form that does need to be completed and returned.
In saying that you should be able to navigate to your my.MYOB account and select My Account>>Payment profile and update your details through that method. If you are having trouble, do use the form that has been emailed.
I would far prefer to use the facility online however we require dual authorisation to complete a DD request. Thank you for the form.
