Email addresses have disappeared

When processing a new invoice for a customer I click send and there is no email address in the email; albeit the email addresses are in contacts; Not intermitant ALL the time.

Which browser are you using to access your MYOB Essentials Business? As we have encountered a similar situation with clients using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. In this cases, we have recommended the use of another browser such as Google Chrome, which as resolved the issue for those clients.
