Error message while adding bank feed

When we click on add bank feed below message comes

Hi @mp265 

 

In order to set up bank feeds, you'll need to be the owner of the account. If you were invited to the Essentials business, then most likely your email address doesn't have the correct access. 

 

Have you since be able to add bank feeds? If not, could you please send me a private message with the following account details?

 

- Serial number (when logged in, click on the business name from the top right corner, it's listed at the bottom of the drop down window)

- Business name

- Email address used to log in

 

You can do so by clicking on my user name, choose Send a message from the top right.
