Essentials Website not responding

Hi all,

 

I am having lots of trouble logging onto MYOB Essentials online platform all day since early this morning.

 

Have tried to switch browser from Google Chrome to Mozilla Firefox & clear my internet history/cache with not much improvement.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

We're aware that some users are experiencing performance and longer than ideal load times with the MYOB Essentials platform. This typically can be seen in the reporting section but other windows can be impacted too. The updates on this can be found on our status page.

 

Our teams are working through the root cause and are looking into having a resolution in place shortly. Thank you for your patience in the meanwhile and we do apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this.

Im having the same issue, it has been practically unusable since the rollover of the new financial year.
