Essentials unuseably slow

Hi @Suja_P & @Steven_M

 

Can you confirm if there is a problem with Essentials at the moment.

 

It is currently so slow it is unuseable.

 

It was a bit slow this morning, but this afternoon it has just ground to a halt.

It's giving me the you-know-whats too...

 

Bank Transactions are freezing.. I have attached a screenshot of multiple bank transactions not following through...

I have just closed down my Essentials windows and attempted to click back in to the Client file from Partner Dashboard. All I'm seeing is the revolving halo of death and a blank screen... (see attachment)

 

Just what I want to see when I have deadlines on a Friday afternoon...

This screen is even more fun...

 

No tabs across the top...

 

I then clicked refresh and I have a blank screen with the MYOB "M", no halo...

yep same here , all i get is oops somthing went wrong , not happy , trying to do this weeks invoices

We are receiving some reports of clients experiencing login and performance issues with MYOB Essentials. Our team is currently investigating the matter and aim to resolve it at the earliest.

 

I will keep you updated via this post - MYOB Essentials Accounting - Trouble accessing the login screen - 11/08/2017
