Exporting Documents saved in In Tray from MYOB Essentials

Hi there,

Is there a way to export attached bills in bulk in essentials? I have attached bills from in tray to purchases for most of my expenses. Now I want to save all historical bills in bulk into my local desktop.

I know I can save the PDF by clicking into each transaction. But it is really time consuming. Is there a way to do it in bulk? Does MYOB store all the PDFs in one single location?

Thanks.

Ann

Re: Exporting Documents saved in In Tray from MYOB Essentials

Hi @Ann1

Currently, there is no way to directly export all the documents that you have uploaded to the MYOB Essentials In Tray. If that is required, you would currently be looking at manually going into each transaction and select the In Tray document to save it.

Kind regards,
Steven
