I am setting up the latest MYOB Essentials. I have set up a supplier and an item for sale. I can manually enter a bill from that supplier for that product correctly. At the bottom of the that particular bill screen I have a few buttons, "delete", "create payment", and "view PDF".
When I click on "view PDF", it goes to a dialogue window asking me to choose a template. There are 4 template choices, but any that I select wind up with an error message stating "Failed to export PDF"
Please help as I want to have a paper or digital PDF copy for onsite records.

Hi @rolyk,
Thank you for your post. To troubleshoot can you please clear your browser cache, once cleared can you sign back into Essentials and attempt to export the PDF. Does it work ? If it doesn't work, can you please try via a different browser.
