Hi
I've just logged into my file and it is showing in top right hand corner that it is Read Only. When I hover over this it says "You have read only permission. Contact your administrator if this is a mistake."
However I am the Administrator of the file and should have full access and there is no way i can change anything in the Users as it says Permission Denied when i try to save any changes.
How can i fix it so that i can continue to use my file?

I've made a change to your account and subscriptions which should allow you full access back to that MYOB Essentials.
Would you mind trying that MYOB Essentials business again and let us know how you get on?

Hi @mm555
The company file was linked to an older subscription on your account. As you are listed as having an active subscription I manually moved that file onto that subscription. This should prevent that situation from occurring now and in the future.
