Generate Customer Statement

I am trying to generate a customer statements but no customer list is displayed when I click find statements. I have changed options to All Customers, Customers with email addresses (email addresses are all in primary contact) or customers without email but still nothing is displayed.  May I know if there is a work around this? thanks

Hi @gumboots

 

I think this may be an issue with essentials.

 

I have just run the same thing for a client and no results showing.

See screenshot attached

 

Maybe one of the moderators could look into it

Hi @gumboots @AlanT @JeffreyTodd,

 

Earlier today we did experience an issue with Essentials Account briefly, which has now been resolved. I've just gone to Sales > Customer Statements in my Essentials Accounting file and it displays customers fine, could you please confirm if the issue has also been resolved for you? You may need to clear the browser cache to make it work.

Did live chat with MYOB and was advised that it was because of Safari.  Apparently,  Essentials doesn't work well with Safari and they suggested using Google Chrome.
