Generate reports slowly

Hi,

 

Is there any problem with generating reports in MYOB essentials?

Yes, I think there must be. I can't even access my bank recon's or P/L. Very slow on other functions. Frustrating for the 30th June!

Hi Everyone

 

We did encounter a service disruption to MYOB Essentials, in particular, running Profit and Loss reports and Balance reporting. This is something that our team is monitoring due to the end of the financial year.  If you are impacted we do recommend trying again at a later stage and or within a different browser.

I did couldn't do any work all day Woman Frustrated wasnt happy..

 

and or within a different browser. were always advised by you to use Chrome..

its not working in edge either...i get a blank screen. can this be sorted asap...just getting it spinning.

Still not working. Please advise whn this is fixed. Problem with payrioll as well. All Essentials reorts do not load.

Generate reports slowly

Totally agree their is a problem, needs to be fixed asap, start new fin year, not good enough. 

We all have report to run and we watching the circle go around and around. Not happy

Frustrating that still no access to reconciliations etc...and then in the email arrives the MYOB bill. Wonder if they are having any problems with their files???? Not sure how you can expect clients to pay up, when we cant have access to our files. Hmmm.
