Please help! I am trying to cancel my subscription as my bookkeeper and accountants use a diffierent platform. I have tried calling the 1300 number a dozen times and have not got through even after being on hold for over 40 minutes each time. I cannot see an email contact anywhere on the website to confirm in writing of my intention in writing of the cancellation. This is very frustrating. Help!

Cancellations for AccountRight can be done by contacting the phone based team on 1300 555 151 and selecting 'Billing Enquiries' when prompted. Sorry to hear that you have had trouble contacting that team.
