Re: Import coded bank statement

Hi @Chathu

Banking transactions can be imported into MYOB Essentials using the Import Statement option on the Bank Transaction window. Once imported these transactions will appear in the Bank Transactions window where those transactions can be allocated or matched or rules applied to them.

For more information on importing banking transactions please see Help Article: Import bank and credit card statements Also, Help Article: Working with bank transactions may be of assistance with dealing with those bank transactions once imported.

Kind regards,
Steven

Re: Import coded bank statement

Thank you for your reply Steve. My question might not be very clear, I was trying to import pre-coded bank statements into MYOB essentials as a .csv. Looks like it's not possible with Essentials.

Re: Import coded bank statement

Hi @Chathu

While those bank transactions can be imported using the Import statement function, the transactions they generate in MYOB Essentials do need to be coded in-product. The coding of those transactions is not able to be imported.

Kind regards,
Steven
