I am wondering if I can use the In tray function to upload RCTI's to enter my sales invoices ? I only see the option for bills.

Currently the In-Tray function within MYOB Essentials does limit uploaded documents to be attached to Bills only at this point in time. Unfortunately, this does mean that you can’t attach documents to other sorts of transactions, such as sales at this point in time.
If this is a feature that you would like to see in a future release then I recommend suggesting on our MYOB Essentials Ideas Exchange. Suggesting the idea on our ideas exchange does allow other forum users to discuss the idea and vote for its potential inclusion in a future release.
Hi we are still having this issue with our emails and cannot email our invoices to our in tray. Is there an update when this might be fixed.

How can I upload the downloaded copy of the invoice back into the Invoices list?
If required, you can re-upload an In-Tray document using the same method that was initially used to upload the document. Alternatively, use one of the other methods such as drag and drop or upload the document directly.
Note: You would need to have retained a copy of the document if you wish to have that re-uploaded if the original document has been unlinked and deleted from the In Tray.
