Invoice activity missing - MYOB Essentials

The invoice activity audit trail seems to be missing from my clients' MYOB Essentials invoices.  He uses this to track when invoices were emailed and reminders sent etc.  Is this a temporary glitch?

I think you may be effected by a known issue that has just been brought to our attention. We understand that this is a high priority for our customers and are working hard to resolve this.

Hi I can open my Invoices and view them. But don have the invoice activity audit trail payment /emails.  I use this to track when invoices were emailed and reminders sent to see. 

 

 

Can this be fixed today?

Hey @Je55 @BarbJ,

 

We have just added some new information to the above post regarding the known issue.

 

I would recommend re sending your invoice to your own email, and then see if you are able to view the activity audit trail.
