“Printed invoices still appear in the" Unpaid and Not Sent" search field when in Invoices. Since they are printed they should be recorded as having been sent. Thanks, am I doing something wrong?
In all of the online accounting softwares there is a sensitivity to browsing data that they create on opening. This seems to create different problems in different scenarios and at different times. We now instruct our staff and clients to clear the cache and cookies before they further investigate unusual/unexpected behaviour.
There are some on line apps mentioned elsewhere on this forum but i find the most effective method is to open a browser page -Press Control, Shift, Delete. This opens a settings Page where you can select the above items and clear them.
