I have had to get a new computer and now when I went to view old invoices they are not there anymore.I MYOB is telling me there are no transactions..Anyone else had this issue before?

I have recently bought a new computer and now when I go in Myob to view old invoices it is telling me there are no transactions. Anyone had this problem before?

Can you please confirm which internet browser are you using to open your file in your new computer? We recommend the use of Google Chrome for accessing MYOB Essentials as we have not noticed any issues with MYOB Essentials on this browser.Since Essentials is a web-based program and your file is on the web there is no reason why changing the computer will lose any data as nothing gets saved on your computer.
Other internet browsers may appear to display MYOB Essentials correctly although they can have issues with certain features and aspects of the display.

That was very strange, it suddenly decided to show all the invoices while I was on the phone to support. Go figure!? It was 30 mins before showing.
