Invoicing and PDF, xl files

I use MYOB invoicing system.  However we need to change over to a new reservation system which has its own invoice system which sends out invoices for the guests/ or travel agents after departure.  Is it possible to upload xl or pdf files in invoice format to MYOB that the two systems could work together or do I have to make a choice and decide which invoice system to use?  Thanks.

Re: Invoicing and PDF, xl files

Hello @notagenius

Please see our Help Article on Importing items into MYOB Essentials, as well as Preparing to import data from other sources. These will walk you through the steps to import data into Essentials, and do note that there is a specific format for the data that must be followed for a successful import (it is not a matter of simply uploading a pre-created PDF). You can use one of the sample files linked here to see if your current invoices would be workable in the import format.

Kind regards,
Emily
