Issue upgrading Essentials subscription

I am having trouble upgrading my Essentials subscription from Accounting Starter to Accounting. I have tried over a dozen times and it is very frustrating as I need access to additional invoices urgently. I get to the point where I enter credit card details and the system seems to automatically log out then back in with no change to my subscription.

If the subscription is still not upgraded, please send us your serial number by a Private Message so we can try doing so from our end.
